Ce projet est basé sur une partie des résultats obtenus par l'Association Leonardo "Educational Association pour l'innovation dans la maintenance industrielle - InnMain" où les partenaires des programmes par rapport définissant des niveaux équivalents entre les différents centres de formation.
Ce projet mettra en place un manuel de mobilité qui facilite la validation des connaissances et des compétences que les élèves de gain en allant à l'étranger.
In order to make mobility truly effective, all the learning outcomes achieved abroad by the student - by practical as well as theoretical training- should be recognised in the home school.
This project implemented a tool to promote student’s mobility by facilitating within the participant schools the validation of the knowledge, skills and competences gained during his staying abroad for a concrete period of time: a term.
The main value of this handbook is that it empowers head teachers from other schools to design with precision the mobility of their students, by choosing only the learning units of interest regardless of whether they are from two different subjects, or from two different specialties. The work area is centered in specialties related to Industrial Maintenance.
As expected, the student mobility improves both quality and quantity-wise due to the tools developed during the project. These tools help to organise the mobility and guarantee the quality. In this way it will be easier to validate all the competences acquired. In addition, transparency of education and training programs increased.
By the end of the project, we were able to involve other schools in Europe related with the same specialties in such kind of mobility.
In this project participated 6 well-known VET schools from 6 different countries, a Consortium of Educational institutions, all of them with experience in developing European projects.
Each partner presented the VET system in their country and the selected qualifications for their mobility handbook. Then, partners broke down each qualification in modules and each module into Learning Outcomes (LO).
In addition, partners elaborated a document about the validation and recognition of qualifications in their country.
In order to have an easier access to information, we developed a database containing all the information about Colleges, Qualifications, Modules and LO. Once all the data was completed and refined, we obtained 2.019 different LO.
As planned, in the beginning of 2014 each partner completed the information related to the requisites of mobility to its school and we were be able to publish the Mobility Handbook of each of the schools involved in the project.
We have also built the Mobility Matrix of the Partnership: To define the common Learning Outcomes we classified the 2.019 different LO by knowledge area and activity. In this way we obtained 161 similar LO.
Partners can select from these 161 LO the most relevant for the partnership to include them in the Mobility Matrix. For each of the selected LO partners described the Knowledge, Skills and Competences; defined the evaluation grid and described the time of the year where those LO are taught.
The Mobility Matrix will be composed by all the Common Learning Outcomes and the colleges that teach that LO. Associated with each common LO we have the skills, knowledge and competences developed, the evaluation grid and the time of the year when it is taught.
Partners built the Mobility Tools as well: a Memorandum of Understanding and a general Learning Agreement.
The final document of the project includes the Mobility Matrix and the Mobility Tools.
Each partner had done different dissemination activities. Partners participating in international meetings had made a short presentation of the ToP-MoSt objectives and expected results. Partners hosting transnational meetings had set up interviews with local authorities and local media.
At the end of the second year, partners focused on exploitation of the Mobility Handbook and the Mobility Matrix.
The sustainability of the project is also a priority for partners: we developed formats and methods to help interested schools to develop their own mobility handbooks, to add new Learning Outcomes and to join our network for future students and teachers mobility.

This project has three main results:
1. A Mobility Handbook of each of the training centres involved in the project. This mobility handbook contains the qualifications, modules and learning outcomes. Additionally, it includes other requisites for mobility (like language or soft skills) and useful information for the student participating in mobility.
2. Mobility Matrix: It is composed by the Learning Outcomes that can be transferred from one school to another. Each Learning Outcome is described in terms of skills, knowledge and competences. It also has the evaluation grid and the time of the year when it is taught.
3. Mobility Tools: Partners developed a Memorandum of Understanding and a General Learning Agreement in order to formalise mobility of students and teachers.
