Product Recognition report
Title Recognition report
It was the ambition of the project to make the developed content (the e-Facilitator profile) used by different target groups in different countries and reach maximum impact. The project understands that the key for a good acceptance and uptake of the profile as well as the curriculum is the recognition of the profile by public authorities. For this reason the project developed activities to support the public recognition of the profile in the transfer partner countries (LV, PT, DE). Within our activities, we distinguished the support of formal recognition ("Does an authority recognise the learning outcomes for an official certificate?") and social recognition ("Do relevant target groups know about the curriculum?), both pathways strongly interlinking. The report reflects activities on both pathways and sugggests means to support them.
It is obvious that a single project with a limited duration will not achieve full public recognition in any way. Therefore, the project planned to develop supporting instruments for partners who want to start the recognition process in their countries. As there is no such thing as a “European recognition”, each national partner has to foster the recognition in their national or even regional context on their own. The project is supporting them on this way by facilitating that process and developing information instruments.
This deliverable is comprising the activities developed by all partners in the field of recognition. It describes activities taken and offers advice and solutions for the innovation receiving partners in order to support their national recognition activities. The deliverable so contributes to relating the curriculum to the national qualifications frameworks of the innovation receiving partners and the European qualifications framework (EQF).
The report was updated during the second year of the project. The final version can be accessed here.
