Marketing Text Learning materials focused on entrepreneurship and other managerial skills.
A set of 17 e-learning courses have been developed as part of the WENTELS e-learning suite. The content topic areas included in the materials had been determined mainly by the results of the User Needs Analysis in Work Package 3 that was carried out by the entire partnership, and supported by the wide experience of its members.
The WENTELS e-Learning Course offers a comprehensive set of training materials focused on entrepreneurship and other managerial skills needed to work in todays labour environments.
The aim of the Course is to provide, to the target audience, accurate and useful knowledge about entrepreneurship and to improve the training offered to women who want to return to work.
The topics offered by the Course and the Game, will help to enhance the learning experience and assist the user with gaining confidence and new skills.
In addition to this, the e-learning courses contain a number of external links at a European level but also partner country specific. Each of the courses includes a “Quiz” at the end to assess the learner’s knowledge, as part of the assessment framework.
The Course is available in five languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian and Swedish.
A questionnaire has been created and upload into the website for users feedback.

Target group Women returnees to work, women immigrants, women entrepreneurs, young women, trainers, educational institutions, social partners, SMEs & SME intermediaries, work based learning providers.
Result As a result, an accurate and a useful set of learning materials on entrepreneurship have been created to help women to acquire the necessary knowledge to run their business successfully.
