Title WENTELS, Women European Entrepreneurs E-Learning Suite
Project Number 2011-1-ES1-LEO05-35844
Product Workshops and Seminars
Title Workshops and Seminars
Product Type material for open learning
Workshops and seminars open to professionals working with women were developed in all
five partner countries to encourage them to use, pilot and provide feedback on the e-learning materials, business game and website.
Workshops and seminars represent a part of the dissemination actions/efforts in the project. However, a wider range of methods were used across the partnership when disseminating the project and its results/products, such as business breakfast, focus groups, presentation at events, regional meetings, fairs and exhibitions, meetings from other EU funded projects where the partners are involved, providing information about the project on their own corporate websites.
A workshop was held in each partner country during the first six months of the project. The objective was to raise awareness about the project, as well as promote its aims and expected results. Most of the partners incorporated the first workshop as part of their events programme and present the project using a Power Point presentation.
During the second year, the main aim was to introduce the project products to the final users, SMEs, and stakeholders; this was achieved by organising and participating in dissemination activities as previously described.
A number of workshops across the partner countries were organised during the end of year 2 in order to show the e-learning suite and its features, they were targeted to SMEs and their representatives and they were used to gain feedback on the materials. Towards the end of year 2, the project results were ready, a number of “validation” workshops was organised by the partnership to test the project outputs. In order to carry out these activities the attendees were asked to fill a series of online testing questionnaires available on the website. The validation testing continues after the end of the project.
