Introducing SLMSC - a new free approach to learning for the meat sector that will add value to your meast business!
SLMSC is a practical training programme which provides innovative and cost effective solutions to help meat businesses survivie & thrive in challenging times. It consists of a new online learning programme with 5 training units which can be studied singly or as part of a comprehensive package based on individual business needs.
SLMSC is a new free approach to learning for the meat sector. The aim of the training programme is to enable small abattoirs, butchers & meat processors to add value to their products and services in order to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
Available on line at www.slmsc-project.eu, the training modules cover areas that heretofore have not been widely available for the meat sector. Choose from the follwoing modules:

SLMSC is available in 4 languages - English, Finnish, Danish & Spanish
SLMSC is a free on line web-based programme for the meat supply chain sector. Available in 4 languages - English, Finnish, Spanish & Danish, the programme covers topical areas that previously have not been widely available in the more traditional business training programme for the meat sector. Issues such as retail, product development, innovation, sales & marketing are all covered with a specific emphasis for the meat sector. Particpants can also avail of programme certification by completing in a set of short tests at the end of each module.
The porgramem can also be delivered using a class toom setting and a Trainers Resource Pack is available to download from the website.
