The implementation of the Evaluation and Quality plan of the project is based on the two separate (but complementary) approaches, following a bottom-up strategy which is combined with a top-bottom process.
The following reports have been processed along the project duration for the benefit of the overall activities, work efficciency and the quality assurance of the project products. All the reports were shared with the partnership
PRODUCTS OF THE INTERNAL EVALUATION:
Ex-ante Evaluation Report
The Ex ante evaluation report was elaborated at the beginning of the project. The main goal of this report was to present an initial analysis of the interests, feelings, fears and expectations of project partners about the teamwork, the definition of project activities and the foreseen implementation and realization of activities according to the scheduled timesheet.
This methodological internal evaluation guide of the project was designed with the aim of, not just to have a closed tool to measure feeling and fulfillment of the partners, but also to open a debate and collect feedback from all partners involved which allows to enrich the project itself, its processes and final products / results. This guide and its questionnaires are defined as a participatory tool for all partners and final target of the project to contribute to improve project’s development, while it also serves to detect the deviations taking place in the workprogramme and to essay tools to correct them.
Intermediary Internal Evaluation Report
This report reflects the development of activities approved and implemented during the first year of the project and the relationship and level of satisfaction between the partners involved.
Final evaluation report
This report reflects the development of activities approved and implemented during the second period of the project, involvement and level of satisfaction between the partners as well as an overall evaluation of the results and undertaken activities. analyze the progress of the work undertaken by the partners and the level of satisfaction with the project major achievements at the end of the project.
Evaluation reports of the four Transnational meetings: they collect feedback from the partnership and the level of satisfaction with regards to the issues of the meetings and the developed activities so far in each meeting. An assesment on the Final dissemination event was also carried out.
External Evaluation Guide
The external evaluation process tries to compare the results given by internal evaluation in order to check that those data are consistent, while it assesses the quality of main outcomes of GETIR project, and finally, it provides a future perspective by measuring partners’ expectations, the future exploitation of the project results and possible future collaborations among the organization members of the partnership. This guide is a procedural manual were the steps followed to carry out the external assesment are explained
