project aims to create a new model of entrepreneurship orientation and training for the actors of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and the business world.

The main result of the PNPV project is a software application for the entrepreneurial orientation; this tool guides the user on a journey into the land of origin of the aspiring entrepreneur, in order to rebuild their own history and their own profile through a narrative approach. The PROJECT GI was based on a blended training model and it was intended to facilitate the acquisition and understanding of the operational and strategic instruments for the identification and planning of a business idea. The training activities were provided through a special e-learning platform, which was structured to optimize the processes of information / training, with the dual objective of systematize the teaching material on the topics covered and provide an opportunity for young people to interact with all the actors involved in the project.
This transfer project aims to respond to the strategic priority European LEO-TraInno-9 (Promotion of the acquisition of key competences in VET) by developing and promoting a "model of orientation / training for entrepreneurship" that allow young people to reflect on their own project life and work. The project will:
• promote actions to support business creation and the development of educational processes aimed at spreading the awareness of entrepreneurial mindset, through the exchange of experiences amongst partners in European countries;
• develop a new training model based on the methodological and technological adaptation of the products of the two transferred projects (PNPV and PROJECT GI).
• test the model against students and trainees, thus enhancing the experience of exchange, transfer, adaptation and validation of project results.
In order to successfully transfer the results of the two projects, firstly we have focused on developing the conditions for the transfer; following, we will concentrate our efforts on the adaption of the results.
Target group project staff and teachers
Result thenew PNPV2 model developed within the project goes beyond the creation of a single educational game and has been designed as an integrated educational path for both formal and informal settings. In addition, this course, which will be followed by students partly in presence and partly online, integrates traditional education activities (such as the transfer of knowledge) with gaming activities which can promote the development of soft skills at the basis of an "entrepreneurial mindset”.
