TRAINING INNOVATION prétend devenir les enseignants comme les premiers agents de la valorisation, le développement et la mobilisation des compétences clés liées à l'innovation dans leurs propres INNOVATION students.TRAINING visait à concevoir, développer et valider transnational d'un groupe d'itinéraires pédagogiques et des ressources didactiques qualifier sur la valorisation, le développement et la mobilisation des compétences clés liées à l'innovation. TRAINING INNOVATION avait assumé le coup d'envoi de cadre européen de qualification européenne comme une opportunité pour créer du matériel de formation moderne transférable à l'ensemble des pays de l'Union européenne
TRAINING INNOVATION,following the pathway establish by the work programme “EDUCATION AND TRAINING 2010”,is aimed at helping the training professionals improve the transparency, visibility and the development of their students’ competences linked to innovation, acquired through informal learning.
Agreein with the Decision Nº 1350/2008/CE of the European Parlament and the Counsel made on December the 16th 2008 about the 2009 as EUROPEAN YEAR OF INNOVATION, TRAINING INNOVATION is willing to TRANSFER INNOVATION from a successful project called TOOLS TRAINING (113894-CP-1-2004-1-ES-GRUNDTVIG-G1), adapting its working methodology with informal competences, to make the training professionals become the first agents in valorisation, development and mobilisation of the competences linked to INNOVATION in their students (Conclusions of the Council and of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States, meeting within the Council of 22 May 2008 on promoting creativity and innovation through education and training (2008/C 141/10).
TRAINING INNOVATION was determined to design, develop and validate transnationally a group of pedagogic itineraries and didactic resources to qualify the TEACHERS in valorization, development and mobilization of competences linked to INNOVATION learned informally by the learners
“Competences for Innovation” and “Constructivism” are key concepts in the objectives and in the pedagogic model to implement.
The transnational work was one of the keys of the proposal. In this regard, we built a partnership composed of organisations from Spain, Denmark, Lithuania and Finland combining the necessary components for the success of the planned proposal: contrasted experience, knowledge of the management of informal competences linked to innovation, capacity of valorization, as the products can be used in the organizations’ daily work, ability to transfer to wider environments, etc.
TRAINING INNOVATION produced to the training professionals (trainers, managers, guiders) a group of TRAINING MODULE in DVD Rom format (trainer’s version and trainee’s version) to valorize, develop and mobilize the competences linked to INNOVATION learnt in informal contexts by the learners.
With TRAINING INNOVATION the training professionals will have the opportunity to be able to develop the competences linked to INNOVATION in their daily work with their students.

Transfer of methodology followed by TOOLS TRAINING project (113894-CP-1-2004-1-ES-GRUNDTVIG-GI) that supplyes tools to the TRAINERS to develop the infomal competences (PLANIFICATION, COMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION) of their learners.
TRAINING INNOVATION: We worked on the informal competences linked to INNOVATION following the TOOLS TRAINING methodology
to design, develop and validate transnationally a group of pedagogic itineraries and didactic resources to qualify the TRAINERS in valorisation, development and mobilisation of competences linked to INNOVATION (like creativeness, social and emotional knowledge, work team, leadership, etc.) learned informally their LEARNERS
To view and develop the “HIDDEN CURRICULA” of informal competences linked to INNOVATION
To improve the quality of the training at european level, including the INNOVATION in the Life Long Learning process
To promote a deep and wide transnational cooperation between different organization that works in the field of life long learning
To design LEARING PLANS and DIDACTIC RESOURCES, on the informal competences linked to INNOVATION, adressed to the training and education proffessionals
To become the CLASSROOM in a place where the INNOVATION can be developed
To test and to assess transnationaly the didcatic products developed, through pilot test with the proffessionals of training and education of the countries involved.
To valorize the didactic resourses developed through the implementation of the VALORIZATION plan in all countries.
TRAINING INNOVATION is structured in the following work phases:
1.Constitution of the management and quality organs and making the working, quality and valorisation plans operational
2.Selection, research and development of the Competece Standars of the Informal Competences linked to INNOVATION
3.Design and verification of the pedagogic itinerary and the supporting didactic resources for trainers
4.Pilot experience for the validation of the pedagogic itinerary and the supporting didactic resources for teachers
5.Design and convert the training material in CD ROM multimedia and Final Edition
6.Definition of the Sustainability and Valorization strategy

TRAINING MATERIAL to qualify the professionals of LIFELONG LEARNING SYSTEMS to develop, valorize and mobilize the key informal competences linked to INNOVATION in their learners. This training material developed in MULTIMEDIA DVD is composed by the following training modules:
1.EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, as the ability to regulate our own and the others´feelings and emotions, distinguish among them and use this information to lead our thoughts and performances
2.SERENDIPY, as an occurrence and development of random events with a positive outcome (Oxford Dictionary). Ability to make desirable and valuable discoveries by accident
3.TEAM WORK SKILLS, as the ability to involve in a group of persons who are organized in one concrete way to achieve a common aim
4.OPEN MIND & POSITIVISM, as the ability to manage complex social situation in a changing environments, exploring different answer alternatives, from a positive and open mind actitude to the change, with the hope to reach the success
5.CREATIVITY & LATERAL THINKING, as the ability to solve problems through an indirect and creative approach. Lateral thinking is about reasoning that is not immediately obvious and about ideas that may not be obtainable by using only traditional step-by-step logic
