Description The main objective has been to develop an appropriate training course for employees of the sector who otherwise would not have the opportunity of updating their knowledge and skills with respect to new Technologies implemented in the Bakery Industry. The Project has developed the course and validated it with a group of trainees, who obtained the Training certificate issued by the National Central Competent Food Authority in Greece, acknowledging their new competencies.
Target group VET authorities and trainers.
Result This report summarizes the activities implemented within the project and in particular, it gives an idea of the training needs in the bakery sector, in particular in employees, and of the different activities that lead to the preparation of training materials and their validation in a training pilot course.
Area of application Mainly bakery sector and other food sectors that might implement the same methodology.
