Title Ecological Diversity in Agriculture
Project Number 2010-1-FR1-LEO05-14511
Project Type Innovationstransfer
ECODIAG arises from the pooling of three tools of diagnoses of farm used in France since a few years.
These three complementary tools allow to appreciate the state of the biodiversity, as well at the level of the cultivated plot of land as of the operating system.
They can be used as well as tools of raising awareness , as evaluation, or conduct of a farm in the objective to protect the biodiversity
In France, Supagro Florac, the natural academy of the spaces of Languedoc-Roussillon and Solagro demonstrated that the device of training plays a fundamental role in the support of the implementation of contracting policies on a territory. Whether it is by its capacity of expertise or through the raising sensitization of the learners, the qualification of the technicians or the in-service training of the teachers, the farmers and the administrators of natural spaces, it has a mission of introduction of the innovation which facilitates the dialogue between the actors, and thus of the decision-making
These three structures developed a set of complementary tools of diagnosis and decision-making support to facilitate the contractualization of Measures Agro-Environnementales by the farmers. These three diagnoses, based on simple and easily accessible criteria and concerning agro-écologioques infrastructures for the first one, impact of the modes of exploitation on the environment for the second, and on the state of the biodiversity on the plots of land cultivated for the third, allow to have a global vision of the state of the biodiversity on the exploitation, by associating it the farmer; what also facilitates to the technician or to the territorial organizer the implementation of appropriate contractual measures.
The ECODIAG project consists in integrating these three tools into an educational pack transferred on the territory of the IFAPA of Chipiona ( Andalusia) and the department of Constanta ( Rumania).
This transfer has bee made with the trainers and the agri-environmental organizers of the receiving territories, through trainings of trainers and practical applications on exploitations.
Tools will be experimented, adapted, then broadcasted under the shape of an educational pack within networks and systems of vocational training of both countries. The purpose of the project being to qualify on these territories a group of "expert" trainers referents on the implementation of these tools. They will insure in their turn the reduction within the networks of the agricultural education, Natura on 2000, natural reserves and consular bodies.
The partners use a methodology many a time used on their territories and in their traditional fields of intervention: the pedagogy of project.
The transfer of the tools of diagnosis and decision-making support comes true in three big phases, them even included in work package.
A phase of appropriation.
A phase of experiment.
A phase of evaluation reduction-distribution.
Phases of transnational grouping.
Erziehung und Unterricht
Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Fischerei
An educational pack concerning three tools has been realized after adaptations of tools, further to the returns of the experiments in situ.
It has been be co-written by an editorial committee gathering the whole user
A pool of six " experts referents " by country has been qualified
Accompanied Trainings of trainers, then in autonomy has been implemented on territories
These experts have done the training courses of trainers on three tools, but a binomial have acquired an expertise on each of three tools to be capable of slowing down it
A didactic film capitalizing the approach of transfer has been centred on the methodology used for the transfer. It presents however testimonies, exposed phases of ground, recommendations to illustrate the interest of the approach and its first results.
A database has been developed to shelter the information stemming from diagnoses. It will so allow the follow-up in the time of the state of the biodiversity on the exploitation.
