Project GREAT - Game-based Research in Education and Action Training
provide a methodology and a way of using game-based learning by companies / organizations (importance of SMEs and Social Economy) and educational organizations and training (including higher education), through the knowledge of producers and distributors of knowledge: Trainers and Teachers.
Description To elaborate a detailed Needs Analysis of Skills and Competencies in Small and Medium Enterprises from participating countries and to map in detail the most recent approaches and good practices in Web-Based Needs Assessment and Game-Based Learning. The joint Interim Report resulting from this work package will provide the necessary background information for the transfer of innovation.

Result All the results of the Project Great were presented at the GREAT Lisbon International Conference on Games & Tel held the 15 and 16 Sept2013 in Lisbon/Portugal at ISCTE (http://www.greatconference.eu)
