Marketing Text Survey and evaluation tool enabled detailed analyses of stakeholder questionnaires as well as participants' and trainers' feedback. These data was important to constantly improve and adapt the course design. It was available in English and all national languages of the project partners.
CLIPMA survey and evaluation tool was set up at the web portal. This tool offered to manage several questionnaires, which could be implemented (and translated) by the course managers and offered a wide range of user administration including inviting and reminder facilities. The survey and evaluation tool included a sophisticated right management to allow users in different roles (participate, edit, evaluate, translate, admin) to work with the tool. User rights may even be different for each survey managed by the tool. After finishing the survey two different evaluation methods could be used: Quick evaluation offered basic data analysis both by charts and tables. Custom evaluation allowed grouping and filtering the results to produce reports according to individual needs. Analysis tables and graphs were displayed online and were ready for download as csv-file for further processing.
A User manual for trainers guraantees independent administration of the survey-tool by the trainers after project end.
Target group Stakeholders and course participants, all involved parties (consortium members, course participants, stakeholders in municipalities, course lecturers)
Stakeholder questionnaires and evaluation questionnaires for participants and the following analysis resulting in evaluation reports for all Modules in the 4 participating countries. Additionally a self-evaluation of the course organisers of all countries was conducted to critically review the course design.
