Target group Trade union organizations and union's own or union-related education institutions and training centres in Europe
Result The curriculum is the basis of trainer education, which will begin in Germany (BWS academy of IG BCE) and at the European level (Brussels, trade union federation industriALL) in the spring of 2014. For the time being the programme has been certified in Germany in a jont declaration by the social partners of the chemical industry (BAVC and IG BCE). The trainer education is completed by a two-stage certificate.

At the same time it is intended to establish a European framework for the education of trade union co-ordinators.
