Project Number 2011-1-ES1-LEO05-36046
The goal of this project was to transfer at European level the Spanish training course on labour risk prevention at work in agriculture to train farmers, remunerated persons and self-employed workers.
The idea was based in the transference this complete programme through adaptation of the programme to a B-Learning system, to other countries (Poland, Romania and Bulgaria) characterized by a significant amount of agriculture employment, deficiencies in labour risk prevention training, high accidents rate and high volume of in-migrants from these nationalities working in agriculture in Spain.
Additionally to the Blended learning programme a CD with off-line versions of the training courses in 6 languages, and a Project e-book with contents in polish have been provided.
The Spanish course is available in 5 languages in a blended learning system and also the online part is available in Arabic. It has also been transferred (adapted and assessed) to Poland, Bulgaria and Romania.
To achieve it, an analysis of current knowledge in the sector of risk prevention in agriculture was done and its conclusions were taken into account for adapting the training contents of Spanish course to other countries.
A methodology for transferring the programme was used. Contents of the training programmes were agreed in a validation workshop held in Sofia.
Platform was developed and used for carry out pilot cases
As it was expected, project partners implemented 1 pilot case/country with a total of 60 trainees (15/pilot case) to assess the training, Romanian partners implemented a complete training pilot and the rest of partners only pilots with the online part. Results of the pilots were analyzed in a workshop.
Along all the project life time a set of dissemination ad exploitation activities were implemented. Around 1.000 end users have been also directly contacted by partners. A total of 95 organizations form different target groups were identified and consortium reached to 93 of them. 7 organizations showed interest in using the training course.

• Diagnosis report.
This need analysis report is divided into three parts
1. The first one describes the overall situation in agriculture and labour safety in each participant country.
2. The second part shows the outcomes from the surveys presenting and analysing the obtained results with graphs.
3. The third section is a summary of the main findings and it is a proposition of contents to be considered in the adaption of the training programme.
• PROJECT DISSEMINATION STRATEGY
A dissemination strategy has been designed and agreed by partners aiming at successfully communicated the project goals among target groups and stakeholders.
• FINAL DISSEMINATION REPORT containing information about all dissemination activities developed
• PRESS RELEASE DOSSIER
• Agrisafety platform in six languages. http://agrisafe-platform.eu that contains the contents for online training
• Classroom contents for face to face training.
The Agrisafety initiative has been well appreciated and positively received by end-users and target groups. Project Partners and Trainees showed to be very satisfied on the quality of the training program.
Platform was assessed by all target groups as very easy to use, clear and friendly.
The European cooperation has clearly generated mutual learning benefits from the transnational activities carried out, and overall, has allowed transferring a relevant training program providing innovative methodology, taking in consideration both, topics covered and training methodology. 4 partners recognized that they wouldn’t have developed a similar training program if they had not participated in Agrisafety.
Activities implemented in the project (training pilots developed in each country) have shown that training program has further development possibilities regarding new uses, and working lines to be developed in future initiatives.
