Les apprenants ayant un besoin particulier d’encadrement peuvent mieux être touchés à travers les médias numériques qu’avec des méthodes classiques d’enseignement. Leur flexibilité dépasse le potentiel des autres médias d’enseignement. Il est facile, d’inclure rapidement des nouveaux contenus et des objectifs complexes.
TNS projet transfert des méthodes éprouvées d’éducation sur l’alimentation dans les pays partenaires avec comme but un emploi renforcé des médias numériques dans la formation de ces groupes cibles.
While the apprentices and job- starters, with or without special needs, live with digital media, they are rarely used in education, which forgoes a big chance for more efficient teaching. The increasing skills- shortage in all countries of the EU requires extra efforts to offer qualified training to all young persons. In order to improve training, TNS transfers established training- modules to partner countries. It is demonstrated across many vocational fields in various pilot- projects, how nutrition-education, using digital media, can be readily adapted to the requirements of different countries.
In the context of the project, a guideline for good practice for the use of digital media in education, following the quality- management system EQARF, will be developed.
The target group of the project considers computer, internet, mobile phone, in their perception of life, as “their” media. This affection is used by the modules for nutrition education for more efficient training. Using digital media, topics of nutrition education are depicted tangibly. The positive experiences in Germany with the modules are used for further extension into the European frame. For this purpose, a European Web-Portal with the adapted modules is being developed to which a Web- Community is appended. In this space, the young persons can communicate in their own language on familiar media about nutrition- questions.
Moreover, the chance of the European dimension of the project will be used to learn to “appreciate European diversity in food”. During this phase, Germany, Italy, Austria and Hungary are the partners. However, the architecture of the portal is open so that, after clearing, other users can register and participate.
In order to use the modules and the portal for training, experiences with the existing modules for nutrition education are transferred via pedagogical and technical guidelines to the partners.
The concept of the digital nutrition education is being further developed, adopting the concept of EQARF. It can be adapted to different national surroundings and used in trainings for different occupations or educational backgrounds.
Using digital media, basic and further education and qualification measures can be markedly improved by the project. It offers high- value digital educational content on a European Web- Portal. A “Good Practice” manual supports the permanent and lasting use in basic - and further education.
During the first year of the project the partners developed a web-portal with modules for nutrition training. The partners have choosen the implemented modules under the asprct what they can use in the pilot tests. Based on the first Version of the portal the partners have developed test bed scenarios. With aims based on the offers and goals of the TNS project. Beside the dissemination of the project idea by searching for test partners, the project was also presented at the fair “LEARNTEC 2012”. The development of the portal, based on the requirements of the partners and the development of the test bed scenarios was based on the project QM ystem (near to EQUAVET). All developments are based on a quality cycle.
After completion of the project it shows that educational organisations will find the portal and its services useful. Partner of health prevention and other educational institutions are also keen to use the method of TNS and the portal for their own purposes.
The partners from Hungary and Italy will use the portal in your education in the future to a greater extent in other subject areas and spread the positive experiences in your regional networks. In Vienna, the interested schools close cooperation in nutrition education with TNS - modules is also available.
It was clear that all partners want to handle the development of the portal and the portal content even after the end of the project period. The topic of healthy eating by young people remains a major challenge for the future in all partner countries. The partners intend to take to prepare for classes for the training of educational staff for the use of TNS in their training program and provide in the future and increasingly perform. Likewise, the portal will be maintained and is still free of charge.
