Marketing Text To foster on-line or blended learning the training material has been put up on a web- based Learning Management System which provides the framework that handles all aspects of the learning process
Description To ensure the training material was accessible after the lifespan of the project and was available for future re-use by the target market, the training material was developed in e-learning format using multimedia technologies and was also published on the project Learning Management System, in all partner languages.

Result The development of the LMS in English, Spanish, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkish was an extremely ambitious and complex task, which required constant reviewing.Care was taken in selecting the most appropriate e-learning platform for the materials and that the format of the modules was developed with how the final product would look being borne in mind.
Area of application
Initially Dokeos was considered for the LMS. However, the Bulgarian and Turkish partners felt that there might be an issue with their languages in Dokeos hence Moodle was decided upon.
The final template was completed after the delivery of the course material.
The e-learning platform is easily accessed from the website using a ‘pop-up’ and to the end user the link appears seamless.
The platform will be hosted for 2 years by Lawton School.
