The situation is even worse in Greece and Poland, where it does not exist training on prevention at all. The only existing experience is the one of APH in Spain, as a basic e-learning training.

“BUILDING TOGETHER A BASIC COURSE FOR THE PREVENTION OF DRUG ADDICTION” has been a project addressed to get a better quality and efficiency of prevention programs in EU.
The on-line course on prevention carried out by APH (www.formacionph.es) has become an issue for the associations. This experience will be the base for a basic course on prevention following the experience of the partners, who do not have a proper training on this. "PReV-learning", Universal Prevention e-learning course, is the result.
PReV-learning is an innovative e-learning course in the EU and will be a guarantee for professionals accessing the labour market or needing to update competences.
The flexibility of space and timetables are especially asked by professionals. This project will allow the training of more than 6.000 prevention technicians in 5 years, thanks to ICT.
For the first time, a transnational course has been possible. The course is available in the common language (English) and in the languages of the partners (Greek, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish).
