This report provides comprehensive data on the training needs of the target-group (managers, supervisors, workers, union representatives, external agents such as inspectors, etc.) on ergonomics, PE and personal skills and abilities deemed as necessary for the successful promotion and implementation of a PE programme and insight on the following related research questions:
1. What is the current practice on PE in research, VET and companies in the countries concerned?
2. Which determinants of success or failure of PE projects have been mentioned in international literature, both professional and scientific?
3. What is the impact of the above-collected evidence on the structure and content of PE VET (Vocational Education Training) programs in countries with a low focus on PE?
