Marketing Text The dairy sector has become a prominent sector in the European economy since dairy products are considered staples in our diet. Cheese is a very nutritious food as milk is the main basic ingredient, this makes its biochemical composition very complexe and turns it into one of the foods where most microorganisms easily proliferate. Therefore,workers hygiene and food safety training is essential to warrant consumers health and it will based on trainers training.
Summary This proposal was created to take advantage of the achievements got in the training methodology developed in the framework of the project “Seguralimentaria” and experience that has been got in developing educational materials for the adaptation of some materials to cheese industry sector and milk production centres linked to these industries. The contents have been transferred to the operators of other geographical contexts: France, Greece, Turkey and Czech Republic.
The general objective was improving quality and efficiency of learning processes by means of design and validation of training materials based on new technologies and fully adapted to cheese industry sector and milk production centres linked to these industries.
Specific objectives of the project:
1)To provide food safety training, for cheese sector and milk production workers.
2)To make easier the access to NICTs.
3)To use food safety training as a strategy to increase workers adaptability to the changes and developments emerging in the sector, thereby improving their employability and competitiveness.
4)To encourage the spreading and implementation of food safety policy of the European Union, contributing, therefore, to protect consumers health.
Partnership is composed for several organisations with great experience in the vocational training and in the dairy sector
Impact envisaged: To provide food safety training, for cheese sector and milk production workers; More favourable environment to the diffusion of the use of new technologies on education; Improvement of the training courses given of the VET system; To improve the employability and competitiveness of the workers.

·Food Safety Cheese Basic Course is intended for the employees of the milk production centers and cheese industries. The course has been divided into ten teaching units which focus on making students realize how important their work is to reach food safety and intends to expand students knowledge about legislation, production processes, risk prevention practices, etc.
·Food Safety Trainers Training Course. Addressed to instructors of the Food Safety Cheese Basic Course. The course is divided into four didactic units. They focus on the basic notions of organize educational activities and motivate students in the learning process providing the required tools to do so.
·The website provides details of the project and the consortium. Upon launch, the web site contain:

- Details of the project participants, their roles in the project and links to their organisation’s website.
