Target group Food Safety Cheese Basic Course is intended for the employees of the milk production centers and cheese industries.
Result The text of the Food Safety Cheese Basic Course is presented in the form of pdf files and it includes thematic photographs and drawings. The didactic units also include boxes with additional information, special interest items, etc.
Area of application In the in-person learning, these documents will be printed by the trainer, and handed out to the students. On the online course, students will receive through the Platform the text of the 10 didactic units.
