Result The text of the Food Safety Cheese Basic Course is presented in the form of pdf files and it includes thematic photographs and drawings. The didactic units also include boxes with additional information, special interest items, etc.
Area of application
For the in-person learning, these documents will be printed by the trainer, preferably in colour, and handed out to the students. The trainer will decided if the materials should be handed out at the beginning or the end of the course.
For online courses, students will receive through the Platform the text of the 10 didactic units.
