Marketing Text Summary Report on Training and Learning Needs of un/under-employed female graduates in Business and Sciences (BS) (See Annex 3. This was undertaken by the Icelandic, Dutch and UK partners.
Description Qualitative research methods (focus groups) allowed us to explore the current situation of female graduates and find the gaps in their skills which prevents them from undergoing a mobility. This allowed the partnership to better understand the barriers and training needs in terms of mobility faced by the target group and allowed us to adapt the Circle methodology appropriately to fill these gaps.

As a result of the above discussion a number of points were identfied for further thought. These included:
- Partners need to check regulations on access to benefits from ‘home’ country while abroad in order to advise graduates.
- Partners need to reflect on current available definitions of “placements” and “mobility” to come up with a meaningful concept for the website as the term can have different connotations in some cultures.
- Partners need to think about where people look for jobs and the channels companies use to advertise placement opportunities for graduates as this can be used for future dissemination.
