Marketing Text Entreprises FOCUS offre un service de soutien personnalisé MOJO aux chômeurs de longue durée grâce à son innovant Académie Emplois (IJA) dans les Midlands au Royaume-Uni West. Conçu pour développer la conscience de soi et la confiance, MOJO dispose d'un programme de cartographie de motivation en utilisant des principes psychométriques, dont les résultats sont utilisés pour informer et soutenir un à une seule vie et le coaching de l'emploi et des services de mentorat. Les bénéficiaires sont encouragés jeu la vie et de travail des objectifs basés plans d'action et identifier les besoins de formation et des compétences menant à une participation proactive des occasions d'EFP. Le résultat est plus conscient de soi et des individus motivés, formés et prêts à travailler. Due to the limited resources available the amount of time and the intensity of the support offered by Public Employment Services is often insufficient in its content to support many long term unemployed people through to job readiness and employment, a factor contributing to the growing number of long term unemployed. The EU's own research and other independent research confirms this. The need for basic services such as skills acquisition, careers advice, vacancy identification and the required job matching support for the long term unemployed presents a complex mix of social, economic, skills, education, employment, health related and cultural challenges which are not addressed by current support regimes. The MOJO programme is designed to fill the gap. The MOJO process and methodology has been transfered the MOJO from the UK to 5 other EU countries where it's been tested, embeded into new environments and new approaches have been developed to take into account the systems of the various region. One of the aims of MOJO was to involves employment support experts, coaches, mentors and employers in an integrated process that directly engages with the long term unemployed. Other aims of the project was to profile individual concerns and motivations amongst the long term unemployed to inform future practice - evaluate current intensive employment support practice and establish a wider community of practice amongst unemployment service specialists- identify how this support service links to mainstream support, providing added value and economic impact for the regions - engage and discuss with employers in the regions, in order to ensure that the service provided ultimately provides employable, work-ready individuals, able to access opportunities available to them.
The feedback received from long-term unemployed people confirmed the value of the intensive and personalised service. MOJO focuses on the'complete person',focuses on the individual and is not directly linked to location, culture or social position.
The detailed methodology adopted by the project is shown in the individual work packages a summary of which, with outcomes is set out below
Project Management (WP6) Project management included quality and review systems, contractual and legal obligations and methods to ensureing project objectives and timeframes were achieved. Dissemination & Exploitation (WP5) the partnership agreed the communication and marketing plans, promoting the project at local, regional and EU level, monitoring press and other coverage of the project, and the delivery of the conference in Portugal on 19th September 2013 at the end of the project. Exploitation actions beyond the project include presenting to regional networks, training of other partner/organisation staff and presentation of MOJO to national PES organisations and funders.
Actions commenced with a review of existing practice/services in the partner regions, with the intent of identification of 'gaps' and opportunities for MOJO. Results of this will be utilised in WP2, where the lead partner will deliver training and partners will participate in review, discussion and training sessions, identifying the potential for MOJO in their region as a result of WP1. WP3 involved all partners implementing the MOJO training learnt in WP2, testing and evaluating with unemployed individuals. WP4 saw all partners undertaken a series of workshops and discussions with employers which included reviewing MOJO and identifying issues affecting employers recruitment and relationships with long term unemployed. The combined outcomes from WP2, WP3 and WP4 resulted in the production of the MOJO Coaching Manual, the MOJO Coaching Process guide and the MOJO workbook for employment coaches/trainers and mentors to use with MOJO.
WP7 is evaluations of the project as a whole in two reports: 1) the Impact report showing the impact of MOJO for individuals, organisations, partners and their organisations, local, regional and EU impact. 2) the Final Evaluation report that considered the effectiveness of the partnership, objectives met, potential for future exploitation and partnership.
