Marketing Text Project management tools ensure effective quality management procedures. It comprises recommendations for arrangement and keeping of project documentation in compliance with the national/international quality management standards thus assuring accomplishment of smooth development of project tasks.
The result R1 comprises written prescriptions for arrangement and keeping of project files at each National Project Desks (NPD) with the purpose to enhance the local management of project overall activities and facilitate the compliance with the deadlines and quality criteria for execution of project tasks. It includes the following management tools:
- Quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation instruments;
- Quality control instruments;
- Internal/external evaluation instruments;
- Valorisation management plan.
Target group Project partners
Quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation instruments: partner’s project file; detailed time schedule chart of project activities, distributed by WPs and NPDs; stage/team plans; communication plan; Work Progress Key Indicators;
Quality control instruments: guidelines with defined rules for authorization of WPs and criteria for assessment of project progress and integrity; guide for project financial management;
Internal/external evaluation instruments: Internal audit plan; evaluation checklists for determination of the state of development, content compliance and technical requirements fitting of the prepared teaching/training materials. These checklists for internal/external evaluation are foreseen for determination of the scientific value and transferability of project specific products. Questionnaires for bench testing of project results / outcomes and determination of input/output level;
Valorisation management plan: preparation and issue of a guide “Valorisation – a process to enhance / optimize outcomes” – instructions for performance of dissemination/exploitation of results activities; dissemination check-list; IPR document comprising copyright agreement, which determines partners’ responsibilities and rights in respect to project specific products.
