The three partners have developed three modular training courses, one for each geographical context, which seeked to meet the new demands of the cultural heritage sector.
They had a more streamlined system, thereby encouraging the participation of workers.
The content core of the workshops has been a reflection on the new skills required by operators and proposing innovative ways. The adopted methodologies were blended: moments of frontal lessons will alternate with periods of training "on site", carried out in structurres and organisations related to the world cultural heritage such as museums, libraries and cultural centers. The workshops have been opened not only to students and researchers, but also to the cultural operators.
The output hasso been the provision of modular training courses, organized training workshops, each one focused on specific learning object.
The Executive Plan of the Training Modules were elaborated within the Work Package 4. Technincal Assisttence for the transfer of the model of “Training-Research-Intervention” - Action 4.1 Management of training courses for operators.
In order to define a common methodology, the Lead Partner defined a synoptical format, useful to detailing explain the contents and structure of each trainging workshop.

Each partner developped it's own trainging offer, and provided to the management of the planned workshops.
