Marketing Text This is a project for student-groups in vocational schools. The students go to Ireland to improve their knowlegde in English by workplacements of high quality. For their whole stay the students live with host families who integrate them in their every day life. The students also learn about the Irish culture and differences in job practices in the Ireland. Such an experience considerably enhances the students' chances on the labor market in future and last but not least each participant will benefit from this project personally.
The students are all in the same class of our vocational school. The whole class and additionally two teachers go to Ireland where they all live with host families. The students get a workplacement in a job which is related to the profession which they are training to be. For finding suitable companies and workshops we have assigned an Irish partner.
For each student we agree on objectives which should be accomplished. Each student must manage several assignments during their stay.
The completion of the project will be a final presentation where the students report about their experiences.
