The activities of FARE project, integrated to the work package 4, aims to ensure the usability of the product training and tools that are dedicated to promote in each new context reuse the function of intercultural facilitator. To do so, were asked to project partners to proceed with the collection of testimonies from employers, trained employees and local actors.
The synthesis presented in this paper highlights the positive statements and reports, suggests ways of of improving and arises questions for which a later work of reflection is required.
The deliverable is set as follows:
a) The model of evaluation questionnaire addressed to participants and employers
b) The white pattern of evaluation questionnaire addressed to stakeholders
c) Questionnaires relating to workers and firms compiled by CSPMI (Italian and English), CESPIM (Italian), GIP (French)
d) The questionnaires completed by stakeholders by CSPMI (Italian and English), CESPIM (Italian), CGIL (English - minutes of meeting), GIP (French)
e) The final report (in English, edited by GIP) containing the report on the use value perceived by stakeholders, employees, contractors
Target group Training agencies, public administration
Result The result is the use value of cross-cultural facilitators training from the perspective of employers (great satisfaction), workers (high level of satisfaction among participants in the training, whether immigrants or native), stakeholders (the training program and the competence profile were generally well appreciated)
Area of application The result has been used as guidelines for the preparation of the final products (Competence Profile, Training Programme, Tools and Devices)
