The aim of the tool developed is to assess the PA on each of the learning outcomes defined in the framework for level 2. The following methodologies were used: knowledge tests, declarations, witness testimony, observation, simulation, professional discussion. Additionally, incorporated into the assessment tool are notes to the assessors including issues that should be emphasised by the learners during the assessment.
The tool is accompanied by an electronic examiner sheet and the EUPA Current Situtaion map.
The electronic examiner will assess the PA on each of the learning outcomes. Taking into account the fact that each learning outcome has its own weight, the examiner's sheet will produce a total assessment mark for the personal assistant being assessed.
The EUPA Current Sitution map will present the current situtation of a PA in terms of knowledge, skills and competences, compared to an ideal situation, thus indicating areas of improvement.
Description An assessment tool is developed for evaluating Personal Assistants in terms of knowledge, skills and competences. The assessment tool is focused only on the learning outcomes of level 2.
