Marketing Text Three questionnaires were designed for 3 target groups in English. The questionnaires aim to identify the main work areas of PAs, as well as the perceived importance of various learning outcomes of the three target groups.
Three different questionnaires have been developed targeting personal assistants, managers and other stakeholders. All three types of questionnaires aim to identify the main work areas of PAa as well as the perceived importance of various learning outcomes. In addition to that other information is also collected such as
• Position title (on contract ) as title that best describes the work, Years of experience, main duties (on the personal assistants questionnaire)
• Job title of their PA, years of experience with PA, and main duties (for managers)
• Type of interaction with personal assistants, different types of transactions with personal assistants (for other stakeholders)
Target group Personal Assistants, Manager and Stakeholders
Result Three questionnaires, tailored to meet the characteristics of the 3 target groups
Area of application The questionnaires were used in a research implemented in Greece, Cyprus and Slovakia.
