Marketing Text Das Ziel des Projektes ist I TUBE, um die Fähigkeiten der Ausbilder zu verbessern, die die Planung von Curricula für die Erwachsenenbildung zu verbessern, die die Flexibilität der Trainer zu erhöhen; das Netz der Beziehungen und des Dialogs zwischen den verschiedenen Akteuren Fähigkeit zu stärken, den Austausch zu verbessern eine Kultur und eine gemeinsame Sprache zwischen Pädagogen unterschiedlicher Strukturen (Bildungseinrichtungen, Universität, Schule, etc..), um die Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit der Interaktion zwischen Trainern, die von den verschiedenen Einrichtungen, die sich mit Wegen für Weiterbildung in betroffen sein können verbessern die Definition und Umsetzung der Pläne Training. Ich TUBE Projektes ist die Kombination von zwei Instrumenten: Personalisierung Modell und digitales Portfolio. Das Projekt stellt ein neues Modell nicht-formalen und informellen Lernens zu zertifizieren und die Arbeiter in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren.
Summary I TUBE project intended to improve the trainers competences, implementing the personalization strategy in the Vocational continuous education courses for adult workers at a risk of exclusion from the Labour Market; empower the training plans for adult learners; increase flexibility in the professionalism of VET trainers; implement the employability of adult workers, starting from the VET trainers itself, valorising the competences acquired in non formal and informal contexts, through the integrated use of digital portfolio in a personalization perspective. The Consortium presented several strengths: it was a multi actorial partnership, (including Training Agencies, bilateral representative trade unions of workers and employers, University, Research Institutes, advising Companies for the Enterprises); various geographic areas on a national (North, Centre, South of Italy) and European (western, central, eastern) level were covered; the consortium altogether was composed from a team of professionals with experiences of European relief; it included structures that concur to reach a wide range of primary and second beneficiaries; the partnership was composed by structures that operate within active network of European level. Each single partner had complementary curricula, and altogether the involved Structures covered all the purposes of the Project, allowing at the same time an exchange of acquaintances, experiences and good practices. A tangible outcomes was a repertory of digital portfolio of VET trainers, that could be used by trainers as an instrument for the self evaluation and for self learning; an intangible outcomes was the implementation of a culture of personalization in the VET system and the improvement of VET trainers competences, professional flexibility and employability. The first expected impact was the implementation in the Continuos Vocational courses of the integrated model of personalization based on the use of the digital portfolio; a second impact was the improvement of the quality and efficiency of continuous vocational education and training for adult workers.
Description The I TUBE project, promoting the integration of a theoretical model and a practical tool complement each other, created a new product that is valid in terms of methodological and operational level. The theoretical and methodological framework defined within the PEAPEDA model allowed to redesign the operation of digital portfolio from the perspective of personalization and used it not only in individual advising, but also in collective training courses for adults. This allowed you to create a sort of budget guidance that represented a way to create a culture of balance of competences in Italy. There is not a really tradition in our country and a legislation on skills assessment. Through the integrated use of digital portfolio and the model of personalization the trainers had a new resource to implement a balance strategy more directly enforceable in the context of lifelong learning.

Product information The main products made in I TUBE are the creation of digital portfolios that can be found in the site of the Mahara platform(http://mahara.navreme.cz/) in which it is visible all the work of application of the personalization model made by participants in the experimentation. Another very important product was the publication of a small book. This is the Final Report of the project in which have been described all phases of the experimentation. Have also been detected possible problems that emerged during the implementation of the project and the solutions adopted by the partners. Attached to this book there is a CD where were inserted the key documents produced during the project. Another important product that has been achieved is the Demo of a training intervention. This can be seen on YouTube using the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=IT&v=DfY-SII2ZL8. The Demo is very useful because it shows to the audience interested in this new method of self-assessment skills, as the @ process has been realized and then the chance to replicate it again.
