Marketing Text The construction of the Digital Portfolio was the last step of the I TUBE process. Through digital portfolios could be made tangible and visible all the work of skills self-assessment that was done by the trainers who participated in the experiment, starting from the self-assessment grids until the end of the I TUBE process.
Description The digital portfolios were created through the use of a platform. The platform is called "Mahara" which was chosen unanimously by all partners that they felt was best suited to project needs. Mahara, in fact, has a very simple and intuitive way and therefore very easy to use. Through "Mahara" trainers involved in the experimentation have used the platform to represent in digital format the choices made, the path and the results achieved. Each trainer has chosen what skills display. In addition to the usual information found in a CV participants have included files, documents, photos and movies. This has allowed the participants to show what they really were able to do but, at the same time, has allowed us to identify the areas in which their skills were weaker. On these they designed a path to follow to be able to achieve the objective of their strengthening always with the goal of wanting to get closer to the figure of the Personalizator. To view the portfolios you must register on the platform Mahara. The names of the participants in the experimentation who have created their own digital portfolio can be found in the "List of persons belonging to the target group". By entering their name, you can view the Portfolios.
