Marketing Text Through this document was provided operational guidelines for the application of the integrated model of personalization and digital portfolio created in the project I TUBE. These Guidelines have been improved and updated after learning what emerged during the experimentation phase of I TUBE in all countries of the partnership.
Description The Guidelines have been structured in a very schematic and intuitive way in order to provide practical instructions to guide trainers in applying the The TUBE. In the first part was made a brief explanation as to what I TUBE, why apply the approach of personalization using the digital portfolio, who can apply the proposed approach and how to apply the approach of personalization. This latter point was in its turn divided into three actions to be undertaken to complete the experience I TUBE: 1. self Preliminary Assessment of what I need to become a Learning Personalization Trainer (LPT) 2. implementation of a process of learning; 3. make visible their own skills: how to realize the digital portfolio.
Target group Partnership
Result The Guidelines have been of fundamental importance to allow the whole partnership to carry out their own experimentation. The Guidelines have also facilitated the task of the partners at the point where they had to explain and present the approach proposed by I TUBE in front of the target group involved in the experimentation.
