Marketing Text The main aim of this internal deliverable (Plan) and the whole work package, which focused on the evaluation framework and quality assurance in the MASTER project, was to initiate and coordinate internal as well as external review and evaluation processes.
Evaluation and QA played a central role in MASTER project, because it
represented the baseline of its short term effectiveness (for individuals, companies, local systems) and short and long term impacts and sustainibility. It allowed to realise a strong protype that responded to the needs addressed and be further employed and transfer in other areas and sectors, as well as with improved and enlarged functionality.
Target group National Agency, MASTER consortium partners
Result Evaluation and Quality Assurance Plan, 3 versions available: v.1 available from 22/11/2010, v.2 available from 01/09/2011. Updated and final version available from 16/07/2012.
Area of application This deliverable was also a guideline for all consortium partners how to work properly with the project proposal and on project aims and objectives. As a part of evaluation and monitoring procedures, it was also prepared and distributed to consortium partners 4 internal evaluation questionnaires after 4 Consortium Meetings - MERIG also prepared short evaluation reports and distributed to all partners. Those internal reports prepared after every consortium meeting by MERIG were good pictures of the good points of the MASTER project regarding the partnership, organisation of such meetings, discussion during the Consortium Meetings as well as methodological organisation regarding WP' s deliverables and tasks prepararation by partners. However also highlighted the weaknesses and partners concerns and doubts about the meetings, which helped coordinator very much in better preparation of next consortium meetings. It was also a signal to Evaluation Leader to better help coordinator with matching the most proper direction in the project.
