Marketing Text Dans divers organismes liés à l'industrie de fabrication de caoutchouc, les employés de moins exacte des postes de travail ont beaucoup de connaissances non-formelle, acquise par le travail réel. Mais cette connaissance n'est pas évalué et reconnu. Par conséquent, il est nécessaire d'établir une évaluation systématique des connaissances, ce qui renforcerait la position sur le marché du travail des personnes ayant un faible niveau d'éducation. Le projet fournira le processus de validation des connaissances non-officielle du domaine de la fabrication de caoutchouc. Les établissements d'enseignement seront en mesure d'utiliser le contenu des connaissances inclus dans le matériel pour fournir des formations du domaine de la fabrication du caoutchouc dans le cadre des sujets existants dans le domaine technique.
The aim of the project is the validation of non-formal knowledge for employees in the rubber manufacturing industry and to upgrade and adapt the assessor’s training and employee training program, transferable in all segments of the rubber manufacturing industry.
- To achieve the aim, we have set the following objectives:
- To analyse the ways of transferring the good practice case on validation of non-formal learning
- To adapt the validation of non-formal learning process for the needs of end users and to integrate the model in a rubber manufacturing company in Slovenia
- to upgrade the existing “Rubber Knowledge” employee training programme and to fill in the knowledge gaps
- to promote the developed e-tool for validation of non-formal knowledge in Slovenia and in EU
The e-validation process will be adapted to the needs of end users in the rubber manufacturing companies in Slovenia. It will be properly integrated and prepared to be transformed for the needs of different sectors and for employees from different countries. One of the important activities will be the defining the competences of the target group and for the portfolio preparation. Based on the results, the individual’s non-formal knowledge – their competences - will be validated and granted an internal diploma. The individuals with the lack of some competences will be enabled to participate the “Rubber knowledge” educational programme combined with additional knowledge transfer provided by project partners.
Based on the process of e-validation of non-formal knowledge this educational program will be elaborated as an added value. After the end of the project the participation in the program will be enabled to all the interested individuals, already employed, or with the intention to be employed in the rubber manufacturing.
Description Eight Work Packages compose the Project. The first Work Package is addressed as the “Management of the Consortium”. The package leader is Savatech. The main goal of this work package is to ensure the overall management of the projects in different fields of project activities. The second Work Package is addressed as the “Identification and analysis of end users and their needs”. The method of documentation analysis will be used to assess the current state and needs in Slovenia. The end users of the project results will be determined as well. Two methods are going to be used to realize the aims of the second Work Package: documentation analysis and the survey. One of the results will also be prepared the first list of trainings needed for the end users and will be afterwards implemented into the platform as the first part of the learning catalogue. The package leader of the second Work Package is Savatech. The package leader of the third Work Package, addressed as the “Analysis of the best practice, transfer and adaptation”, is IBS. The aims of this work package is to get well acquainted with the system of certification of competences with the German partner IBS, who will also host the partners and present the system in details. Afterwards, the next step is to carefully transfer and adapt the system to Slovenian area and for the needs of end users, respectively. After the adapted German system, we will prepare the “e-validation tool”, where the leader of the WP4 will be Bitmedia, with whom IBS will actively cooperate. We will prepare the platform, preliminary test and final tests. This phase of the project will be very important for the success of the project itself, as the entire system will have to be made very carefully, emphasising its simplicity, as it is meant for the users with lower knowledge of the modern ICT technologies. Leader of WP5 is LUJ, named “Implementation of the e–validation process”. The aim is to implement the preliminary adapted method in validation of non formal knowledge. The main activities will be workshops, where the competences of the pilot group will be determined, start working and preparing the portfolios of the pilot groups. After all te necessary data will be gathered, analysis will be made to define the discrepancy between needed and actual competences. In WP6 named “Elaboration and implementation of the learning programme” again LUJ will be in charge. We will perform the pilot implementation of all the testing, results, portfolios and the tailor made training programme, with already defined trainings, combined from home and foreign trainings. We will check in life, if we have set up a good model. This phase will be very important also, as we have a goal to start systematically training our employees with foreign training (translations provided), as we believe it will foster the international component and competitiveness of the sector. With the seventh Work Package, “Quality Management”, an overall quality performance of the project will be constantly assured. The project leader of the seventh Work Package is Savatech. The package leader of the last, the eight Work Package “Dissemination and exploitation” is Savatech, also. In this package, certain activities and foundations will be set to assure the accessibility of the results to the public. A systematic and long-termed informing of the target group will be taken care for, and incorporation into the program of validation of non-formal learning will be encouraged after the end of the project.

The e-validation tool, the platform was prepared with special attention to the needs of targeted end users with a lack of knowledge and will be simple to use. We prepared and trained our colleagues, not part of the targeted end users how to train and teach the participants to use the e-tool. The targeted end users attend workshop, where they were trained how to use the e-tool. We also prepared instructions, which they were given to all end users. Parallel they were offered full time support of the trained colleagues. So, the targeted end users did not have any prejudices in using of e-tool.
Platform: is the basis for the all the future works. It is a base, which was prepared with special attention on two levels: the first level is the administration, it offers all the needed reporting, reviewing and work with the people and their data put into the system, all the testing results. On the second level, the user interface is very simple, designed for users with lower educational structure and lower knowledge in usage of ICT technologies.
Preliminary test: are integrated into the platform and consists of general overview of knowledge related to the rubber manufacturing industry and is performed at the beginning of learning. The results of the preliminary test show us the current knowledge of the participant.
Final test: they are very important for the future exploitation of the project results. . The results of the final test contain the detailed calculation of progress and offer reports.
