This document is part of the results of the project EQF-iServe, which intends to tackle the growing skills shortage in internetservice-related jobs in several European countries (e.g. Germany, Hungary and
Switzerland). The EQF-iServe Partnership was composed of seven partners, all closely
involved in the internet industry and training sector, from Germany, Spain, Hungary,
France, Austria, the UK and Switzerland.
The raining guidelines are addressed mostly to Vocational Education and Training (VET) organizations which are interested in improving their training offer in order to fulfil the constant and increasing demand of qualified people by the “Internet Industry” at the European level, specifically in the area of “internet-related-services” and at the same
time, be more competitive in the market. These guidelines are also of valuable use for
Human Resources managers, developing in-house training modules, or recruiting personnel,
or employers carrying out activities in the field.
Target group VET Institutions, ICT sector, Human Resources Departments.
