RELESE war das Projekt zur Unterstützung der Arbeitslosen bei deren Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt, um sie als Kaufleute, die selbst Arbeitsplätze schaffen werden, auszubilden.
Während der Realisierung des Projekts wurde für die Zielgruppen ein innovatives E-Learning und ein Kurs für das gemischtes Lernen mit den Schwerpunkten auf die Ausbildung kaufmännischer Fähigkeiten entwickelt und angeboten.
Das Projektteam hat eine wettbewerbsfähige und nachhaltige virtuelle Gemeinschaft für Lernen, die das Programm zur Ausbildung kaufmännischer Fähigkeiten/Lernen unterstützt, aufgebaut. Ziel des Programms war Unterstützung der Auszubildenden von der Motivierung und Entwicklung von Ideen bis zur Realisierung kaufmännischer Projekte.
The goal of the project “RE-integration into Labour market through Entrepreneurship Skills Enhancement” was to contribute to the re-integration of unemployed people into the labour market by enhancing their entrepreneurship skills and competencies. The project created a realistic, competitive and sustainable Virtual Learning Community which promoted a specific entrepreneurial training/mentoring programme by offering an integrated guidance to entrepreneurs from the early stage of motivation and idea generation through a personalized support in implementing business projects.
The project tackled motivational issues of the unemployed and contributed to their self-employment motivating them to become new entrepreneurs, and also created conditions to increase the success rate of start-up companies. The project allowed new entrepreneurs to implement a European approach from the moment of development of their business ideas and to integrate training institutions with the enterprise environment.
The goal of the RELESE project was to contribute to the re-integration of socially vulnerable group of unemployed people into the labour market by enhancing their entrepreneurship skills and competencies. The project focused on the needs of those who dropped out of labour market and wanted to return by starting their own business but did not have necessary skills and know-how. The fear of unemployment and changes in today's labour market inspired them to look for new paths to find a new work place and/or to create their own.
The project's main objective was to transfer of the innovative e-learning platform and blended course contents and activities focused upon entrepreneurship enhancement. The project aimed to implement a realistic, competitive and sustainable Virtual Learning Community, which promoted a specific entrepreneurial training/mentoring programme offering an integrated guidance to entrepreneurs from the early stage of motivation and idea generation through a personalized support in implementing business projects.
The project partner consortium - 7 partners from 5 European countries - was well organized and each partner contributed in the field of their expertise. The partners were selected based on their experience and competencies essential for development the entrepreneurship project, their experience in LLP projects activities and also on their work with the socially vulnerable groups and unemployed people.
The following outcomes were achieved:
- The target group needs identified;
- Entrepreneurial course materials, tools and activities transferred, translated and adapted in each piloting country;
- E-learning platform developed with simulations, case studies and activities focused upon entrepreneurship enhancement;
- Blended learning course organized and piloted in 4 countries (266 participants enrolled, 108 successfully completed the course);
- Training and tutoring provided to the learners’ groups;
- Business plans created and evaluated (42 plans were presented);
- Several business projects launched and other business ideas are expected to be realized in future.
The project tackled motivational issues of the unemployed and contributed to their self-employment becoming new entrepreneurs, created the conditions to increase the success rate of start-up companies. It allowed the entrepreneurs to implement a European approach from the moment of development of their business ideas, to integrate training institutions with the enterprise environment, to design and apply a valorization plan that will generate a European dimension for the developed model.
The project's valorisation activities provided a further geographic coverage and expanded the project results to entrepreneurs from other areas. The project reached a wider range of European and other world countries with diverse economic and social situations.
Piloting was provided and directly reached the socially vulnerable group of unemployed in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Finland. Several business ideas launched within the piloting countries, few business ideas are expected to be realized in other European countries.
It is also expected that in the long term, by growing a number of involved organizations in different countries, it will be possible to reach future entrepreneurs across Europe and support creation of new companies.
The project contributed to European Added Value by promoting the entrepreneurial spirit in Europe and decreasing unemployment.

The main product of the project was a Transfer of the innovative e-learning platform and innovative course contents, tools and activities.
The e-learning model was based on a two phase process: a blended learning course, combining workshops with a set of collaborative and participative activities, and a mentoring phase to support the launch of business projects. As a result of the training phase, 42 business plans were developed and evaluated. The mentoring helped to implement several business ideas in Lithuania and Finland. Other business plans are further developed and are expected to be launched in future.
