Marketing Text A systematic approach to internal evaluation of the project aimed at giving the partners the opportunity to make improvements as the project goes along.
Description For each WP a series of 10 questions is proposed in Excel format. These issues are directly related to specific activities of the WP and cover, for instance, internal and external aspects of the project such as the relations between partners, working methods, the results envisaged and finally obtained, the means and resources used etc.
Target group all the partners of the consortium
This system allows real-time identification.
Partners had information (feedback) about the real situation or state of the art. The aim is to inform each partner so that they can redirect their own activities and to give information on opportunities for improvement
