Project Number CZ/07/LLP-LdV/TOI134017
Project Type Transfer of Innovation
Country CZ-Czech Republic
Marketing Text Transfer of the EBC*L system (European Business Competence Licence) and its quality standards into three countries, namely Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania. Within the project, the network of the EBC*L system was developed on national and international level and strict standards of quality have been set up.
The EBC*L system was established in all three target countries. The system was set up in line with international directives through the supervision of P2, but it was also developed enough to continue running under local conditions in each country. The strict quality standards have enabled project partners to reach a wide transparency and recognition of qualification. For these reasons many universities and training centers were interested in the EBC*L system, and it was helpful for the purpose of increasing the interest in vocational education.
The EBC*L system brought improvements in quality and innovation in vocational and training system in the target countries. Today, people in the labour market, students, pupils and graduates have a chance to deepen their knowledge in business education, so called business competence, and actively participate in European Labour Market.
Description Implemented dissemination activities were focused on especially four target groups: people in the labour market (employees and unemployed), graduates, education providers and employers. To approach these target groups we used dissemination tools like websites; e-newsletter; flyers, brochures, posters and articles, ads, press conferences and seminars. Czech Republic, Romania and Slovak summarized their dissemination activities in dissemination reports for each area or a period of the project.

At the beginning of the project partners have built the website in each target country. These websites have been provided in national languages. Websites have offered information about the EBC*L system and about vocational education in business administration.
The newsletters in e - form were issued every six months. By this mean the participants or the subjects which have participated in the system received news in the EBC*L system, actual activities in various European countries, seminars etc.. Newsletters kept people informed about our project activities.
At the beginning of the project, partners P1, P4, P5 made the databases with potential exam centers and participants. Then they held several face-to-face meetings where they presented the EBC*L system. Within the project several exam centers were accredited in targeted countries. Their representatives participated in workshops where they received information about rules for functioning of the EBC*L system.
The EBC*L system documents, texts books, exams, and “train the trainer” concept were translated and adapted to local and national conditions in each target country. Partners P1, P4 and P5 made interested participants acquainted with all documents and rules for the EBC*L system. P2 supervised them.
