Target group HR practitioners and VET providers
In the competence model which will be developed in work package two several findings concerning the structure of a competence model in general and concerning the contents should be considered. Regarding the structure the competence model should include the specific architecture of competences described in this deliverable, as well as the four elements of competences and a competence level system. Regarding the contents the competence model should consider government skills and competences and newly arising skills and competences (especially out of the IT sector).
The competences which will be chosen for the competence model should be geared to the results of the survey and the workshops which present the most important skills and competences for all three identified job categories.
