Marketing Text The user requirements analysis will lay the basis for the successful transfer of the eGuide quality assurance framework and its related assessment tools. It will analyse the needs and requirements of potential eGuide+ users in the local markets of Cyprus, Greece and Slovenia. In the framework of this project this refers to the requirements of career guidance practitioners and of disadvantaged job seekers, including migrant job seekers. Taking into account the vocational training and career guidance systems of project countries, it will make recommendations as to the integration of eGUIDE+ into current practice and as to the approach individual partners should take (application scenarios).
Description The consortium will conduct a survey in Cyprus, Greece, and Slovenia, by way of questionnaires, interviews and focus group sessions, among career guidance practitioners, institutions providing career guidance, policy makers. Feedback will be used in an analysis of the needs and requirements of local career guidance practitioners as well as of disadvantaged and migrant job seekers. This is expected to ascertain to what degree the existing eGuide quality assurance framework and assessment tools need to be modified and adapted. A further element of this work package is the analysis of the internal and external environment of participating organisations and other local stakeholders in career guidance in the project countries in order to assess their potential for cooperation and to identify any issues that will facilitate or hinder the transfer of innovation.
