Marketing Text EduPlan opens up 4 divers analytical possibilities which enables providers, trainers and individual learners for benchmarking.
The possibilities for evaluation are focussed on benchmark-criteria in general and specifically on the specific instrument of EduPlan.
Following 4 evaluation-categories are possible:
1. self-evaluation by taking into account former individual evaluations
2. evaluation alongside a reference-group
3. evaluation alongside a comparance between providers, trainers, learners
4. edvaluation alongside a norm (so-called benchmark-analysis)
Target group All partners; VET-organisations and chambers in the participating regions and countries.
Result The opinions of partners and pilotees were pretty close to each other independent from the participating countries or regions. Thus enhances quick consensus between the partners - additionally supported by the strong bottom-up-initiative. The instrument can be therefore easily sustained due to the fact that it can be implemented low-levelled into the institutional systems and the own work.
Area of application VET-organisations, trainers and teachers, provider, user, chambers, enterprises (SME), schools and youth-organisations.
