Where do individuals responsible for personnel development identify urgent needs for action in order to improve gender equality in their organisation? In which areas are they particularly active and what additional information do they consider helpful?
An assessment of needs will support the development of a toolbox which takes into consideration the demands of the target groups and thus enhancing the implementation of adequate measures in their respective organisations.
An Online-Survey for organisations which had previously applied for a gender equality award in the partner countries was developed. These organisations have an excellent knowledge of implementing gender equality measures and can identify needs for information. Te report is available on the GeCo-website.
Description The report on the online survey gives an overview of the needs for information expressed by the target group. The survey is an important analytical tool to identify and develop good practice examples for the toolbox, which are able to meet the needs of the target group.
