Marketing Text To monitor the pilot and implementation activities of Soufflearning in the partner countries a couple of questionnaires were developed. The reports give a good impression of the success of Soufflearnings in SMEs but allow also to improve future activities. The questionnaires can be used as performance indicators during the different steps of a Soufflearning process.
A set of questionnaires for the evaluation of Soufflearnings were developed and supplied. Findings from the interim project evaluation and the final evaluation were described in reports. The questionnaires address employers, employees, trainers and project partners organizing the Soufflearnings and therefore were translated into all partners' languages. The reports are available in English.
The evaluation was modified after the first pre-tests as it had to be noted that the data available for a detailed statistics and evaluation of the pre-tests was relatively small. Therefore the SWOT analysis was chosen for the final evaluation.
The developed questionnaires for trainers, employees and managers are part of the training manual.
The reports describe offered material, experiences with the Soufflearning process and the transfer of methodology and the cooperation and communication between partners.
Target group The questionnaires address employers, employees, trainers and project partners organizing the Soufflearnings. The reports can be read by the same target groups.
The findings summarized in this report will help to improve the transfer of the methodology to the partner countries after the end of the project. They will be supportive to disseminating the results and finding new clients as it describes strengths and opportunities but also outlines threats and weak points which in further implementation can be improved. The Soufflearning method was accepted and met so far with great interest from SMEs in the participating countries. Trainer for the future application of the method were recruited and trained so that a continuous dissemination of the methodology can be expected.
Trainers, employees & companies from all participating countries gave a positive feedback: the concept can be adapted to local and individual needs and requests, it is highly flexible in scheduling and creates positive and attractive training situations. There are no long lasting breaks in regular work flow and every day work. The results and success can already be seen after a short training period. And last but not least the Soufflearnings created self confidence among the employees as they didn't offer ready to use solutions but led to self acquired solutions. They also expressed a higher motivation to continue with further vocational training. It was stated by the employers that the methodology gave good results within a short time. The employees now act much more professional towards the clients. This also can be understood as a contribution to increase the disposition of company decision makers for further engagement in VET.
The results were obtained by using of the developed and supplied qualitative oriented questionnaires.
Area of application The questionnaieres can be uses as performance indicators in the different steps of the Soufflearning process. The reports give a good impression of the success of Soufflearnings in companies but also allow to improve future activities where weak points have been identified.
