Marketing Text Soufflearning is a flexible method, since it takes into account the company needs; it may be adapted to the daily work activities of each employee, respecting the production processes of each company. With the assessment of individual needs, observing daily routines and a feedback talk the implementation of the method was acknowledged by employers, employees and VET funders. The methodology gives strong links between theory and practice, and allows a quick implementation. The personal contact between trainer, employer and employee allows a strong identification with the initiated process.
Description Soufflearnings were run as face-to-face individual training sessions at the employee’s working place integrated into his/her day-to-day working routine. The required contents were determined and then implemented into practice by “prompting”. Suggestions from participants (e.g. collected by questionnaires) are continuously being considered and incorporated in the concept. Experiences from the pre-tests were taken into consideration. The training sessions were the core element of the project. As the methodology was accepted in all participating countries - with positive feedback from training organisations, participating managers from SMEs and their employees.

Result Four face-to-face individual training sessions at the employee’s working place integrated into his/her day-to-day working routine were performed in each partipating country.
