Marketing Text It is a Transfer of Innovation project (ToI), co-financed within the Lifelong Learning Programme - Leonardo da Vinci sub-programme, focused on providing managers, employees and students operating in the Automotive sector with innovative didactic contents and lifelong learning methods, by fostering the widest access to e-learning solutions.
Summary Starting from modalities realized in a sector bordering the automotive field (namely, the agricultural automation), and in the framework of a project recently finalized (named PEREQUAL), E-LASTIC Project pursues the transfer of those technological solutions necessary to disseminate new information and tutorial contents, in addition to those commonly shared by the two sectors.
The Automotive sector has been strongly involved in the ongoing economic crisis at worldwide level. In particular, both industry and workforce have been heavily penalized. The continuous training and refreshing of competences of the beneficiaries, at every possible level, now and more than ever represent the very instrument to invest in.
The main objective of the E-LASTIC Project is to complete the continuous training process already existing in the Automotive sector, by innovating contents and modalities through a full involvement of the sector companies within self-instruction and sharing processes.
