Marketing Text The WT project website was designed and implemented to be the showcase of the project, a place where to present and provide the implemented activities, the reached output and the achieved results of the Writing Theatre experience.
Description Project website was structured into two main sections: a public area, for the dissemination of all products/results and a reserved area, accessible by the project partner for the sharing and the collection of work documents. One of the most important section was the one dedicated to the web based platform (public access) for the provision of didactic contents of the courseware “Theories and Techniques of Writing Theatre” in self learning. The platform supports the contents and the materials related to the Section 1 of the courseware (theoretical backgrounds). Furthermore they are available on line the didactic contents provided by the workshop activities (Section 2). Into the platform area they are shared also self evaluation test and utilities for the tutoring and the on line technical assistance. A Forum section was realized to be used by the participants to the workshop activities, each of them has got an individual username and a password to access the area. The Forum area was divided into various functional sections: the “Forum space”, for the discussion and the public sharing of issues and information related to didactic activities, this space was accessible by every participant to the workshops and by the trainers/tutors. The “Diary” area, reserved to the participants where to register reflections and comments on the training course (individual journal) and to confront directly (one-to-one modality) with the trainers/tutors. In this section there was available the download of word files, to be used by the trainer to correct the exercises and the texts (at distance tutoring). The “Programme” section, where it was uploaded the didactic calendar of each workshop. The “News” area for the dissemination of updated information on the training courses (variation on the calendar for instance). The “Agenda” space for the sharing on meetings and events.
Target group All the target groups identified by the project: dropouts, students at risk of dropping out, high/Secondary school students, immigrants, the unemployed, mentally disabled youth and at-risk youth. Psychologists, Trainers, Teachers, Counsellors and Social Workers working for NGOs, High/Secondary schools, counselling, rehabilitation and reintegration centres (working also with mentally disabled adults and minors, juvenile delinquents, young drug addicts, women and children); social services for the unemployed, immigrants and refugees; area healthcare centres, groups homes, orientation and training agencies and youth centres.
Result Concerning the public area the web site was crucial to guarantee the regular, wide and continuous dissemination of the project work and results. With regard to the reserved area it was an important governance instrument since it allowed the filling and the rationalization (into thematic areas) and the sharing of documents and materials among the project’s partner. The Forum area was a valid instrument, both for trainers than for beneficiaries.
