The implementation of the Quality Plan is responsibility of the QUALITY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (QMC) which comprises one representative from each of the project partner PLUS
an External Evaluator.
The tasks of the Quality Management Committee are as follows:
Continuously monitor the project’s planned activities and check that WP goals have been achieved on time;
Checks that expenditures are in line with budget forecasts;
Ensure that the partners produce all documentation required by their contractual obligations;
Resolve strategic, technical and methodological issues that arise during project activities.
Target group Project parthership, QUALITY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, EACEA national agency (ISFOL).
