Marketing Text The new Model was revised focusing the attention on disadvantaged categories as target groups, following the new needs of working groups and providing a new process, the “Financial Resources” , the research of funds for schools. The school’s staff consider this last point very important to work in quality in order to give a better offer for disadvantaged categories. The new Model is easy to use thanks to the self evaluation instrument consisting in answering to a series of questions which comprehend some considerations and comments and assigning a score to each process on the basis of a defined scale.
Description New model requirements expressed in the overall planning of Empower 2010 management model (updated version of the product).
Target group Working Groups of school participants, Control Room.
Result The new Model “Empowerment”.
