Project Number UK/10/LLP-LdV/TOI-334
Project Type Transfer of Innovation
Country UK-United Kingdom
Marketing Text This project addressed the gap in skills of vocational education teachers needed to allow fostering of entrepreneurship and innovation amongst their students. This project transferred, adapted and further developed two Leonardo projects with the aim to increase the skills and competences of VET teachers and the attractiveness of the VET offer to SMEs. The first, Guiding from School to Work, delivered a set of competences in coaching for the VET teachers (the entre-coach teacher course) and the second, MINT Innovation Management for SMEs, delivered some innovation and entrepreneurial skills. The transfer of innovation took place from the UK and Germany to the other partners. The piloted course, role description, competence framework and course curriculum is available to other countries to enable the entre-coach role to be further developed and transferred following dissemination.
