Product information EEoC has been piloted in the private, public and cooperative sectors with SMEs located in hungary, Italy, Germany and Romania covering many industries such as manufacturing, training and development, transport, construction, IT services and telecommunications. Forty employers; forty-eight trainers and over five-hundred employees participated in the pilot of EEoC across the partner countries. Although it would be too early at this stage to analyse the benefits on employee well-being and company performance it was very well received with most of these organisations keen to maintain relationships to host and develop further programmes. A new product has been introduced in to the VET system of each country. Trainers were involved in the pilot phase reported that they had increased their understanding and individual competence in regard to what was a new product. Some of the partners have already obtained EEoC accreditation and it is realistic that the others will follow suit thus adding another product to national curriculums.
